About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Chef de Partie to join our dynamic kitchen team at Butlins. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional food quality and service to our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee and manage small teams of commis chefs to ensure the safe preparation, cooking, and presentation of all dishes.
  • Work closely with Sous Chefs and Head Chefs to deliver our food proposition across resort.
  • Ensure compliance with set recipe specifications and brand standards.
  • Participate in our Award-Winning Chef Academy to develop your skills and progress in your chef career.
About You

We are looking for individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional food quality and service. Essential requirements include:

  • Experience in a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • A willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • A commitment to ongoing learning and development.
