Job Title: Lead Gardener

Fresh Horticultural Careers is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Gardener to join our team. As a Lead Gardener, you will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and upkeep of our clients' gardens, ensuring they are well-manicured and visually appealing.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the work of gardeners to ensure efficient and effective garden maintenance.
  • Plan and implement planting schemes, including the selection and procurement of plants, to create visually appealing and sustainable gardens.
  • Maintain and repair garden features, including irrigation systems, to ensure optimal garden performance.
  • Conduct regular inspections to identify and address any issues or concerns with garden maintenance.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve garden maintenance efficiency and reduce costs.
Requirements:
  • Formal horticulture qualifications, such as a degree or diploma in horticulture or a related field.
  • Proven experience in garden maintenance and management, with a strong understanding of horticultural principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and clients.
  • A passion for gardening and a commitment to delivering high-quality garden maintenance services.
