Software Developer (Quantitative Finance C#.Net)

Are you a skilled Software Developer looking to leverage your mathematical expertise in a challenging and rewarding role?

We're seeking a talented individual to join our team as a Software Developer (Quantitative Finance C#.Net), working on complex and interesting systems at a FinTech start-up with a strong partner in the Hedge Fund industry.

As a Software Developer, you'll focus on integrating mathematical models built by Investment Quants, creating scalable, performant, and supportable cross-asset class applications, including APIs, UIs, and tools. You'll be mainly using backend C# and also some Python.

About the Role

  • You'll work on integrating mathematical models into our trading systems.
  • You'll create scalable, performant, and supportable cross-asset class applications.
  • You'll work with a team of experienced developers and quants.
  • You'll have the opportunity to work on complex and interesting systems.

About You

  • You have an outstanding record of academic achievement - minimum 2:1 degree.
  • You have advanced C#.Net programming skills, including.Net Core.
  • You have a strong knowledge of SQL databases.
  • You have a thorough understanding of Computer Science fundamentals, such as OOP, Data Structures, Design Patterns, and Algorithms.
  • You're entrepreneurial with good business acumen, keen to take ownership and lead projects.
