About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as an Adoption Advisor at our Rehoming Centre. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the welfare of our dogs and finding them their forever homes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to potential adopters, providing information on our rehoming process and matching dogs to suitable homes.
  • Process rehoming and waiting list enquiries, using our customer relationship management software to ensure efficient and effective communication.
  • Assist in promoting dogs available for rehoming, updating website profiles and providing high-quality photos to showcase our amazing animals.
About You

We are looking for someone with a positive attitude, excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently. You will have experience in handling dogs and a good understanding of their needs and personalities. Strong administrative and organisational skills are also essential, as well as a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
