Hours: Part-time hours, 9-45 hours, working a minimum of 1 day out of 7, with possible overtime
Job Overview:Mitie is seeking a Retail Security Officer who can deliver exceptional customer service while creating a safe shopping environment, free from crime and the fear of crime for customers and colleagues.
We prefer candidates with a current SIA licence or SIA certificates (licence can be provided) and a full 5-year checkable employment/education history.
SIA licence training can be provided.
Main Responsibilities:- Deliver industry-leading customer service
- Deter violence and public order offences
- Conduct patrols of the store
- Utilise CCTV systems to support the reduction of crime and stock loss
- Liaise with store management teams
- Liaise with the Police and crime partnerships where required to foster a great working relationship to support the reduction of crime in store
- Wear Body Worn CCTV to support in the reduction of crime and increase colleague and customer safety
