Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Front of House Team Member to join our team at Chequers Corner Brewers Fayre. As a Front of House Team Member, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide outstanding customer service and ensure that all guests have a positive experience in our restaurant.
  • Work collaboratively with the Front of House team to ensure seamless service delivery and high standards of customer satisfaction.
  • Be knowledgeable about our menu and drinks offerings and make recommendations to guests as needed.
  • Manage cash and card transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment and adhere to health and safety procedures.
