Your daily responsibilities will include:

• Delivering comprehensive grooming services for various dog breeds, including bathing, drying, nail trimming, brushing, combing, and both generic and breed-specific clipping.
• Ensuring a positive and memorable grooming experience for all clients and their pets.
• Collaborating with the Store Manager to coordinate salon operations and client interactions.
• Managing client appointments effectively.
• Providing support to the store team as needed.
• Overseeing stock levels and inventory management.
• Working alongside the Store Manager and team to meet and exceed member program goals and expectations.
• Actively participating in local marketing initiatives and recruitment referral programs.
• Contributing to the achievement of sales targets through teamwork.
• Maintaining a strong commitment to safety and fostering a culture of safety within the team.

What we are looking for:

• Professional experience in dog grooming.
• Preferred qualifications in Grooming, though not mandatory.
• Ability to implement and uphold strong safety protocols in the salon and store.
• Solid understanding of specific breed grooming techniques.
• Physical fitness, as lifting larger animals may be required.
• Proven experience in handling and caring for live animals.
• Commitment to maintaining knowledge of breed-specific grooming and product information.
• Advanced understanding of zoonotic and skin conditions and their identification.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing work conditions.
• Strong prioritization skills to manage competing demands.
• Demonstrated success in achieving and surpassing sales objectives.
