•Maintain and oversee documentation and records related to operational processes.

•Assist in formulating procedures for new technologies or products.

•Participate in training sessions covering ISO standards, safety protocols, and business regulations.

•Engage in regular communication with colleagues, technicians, and management.

•Contribute to internal departmental projects.

•Comply with environmental laws and recycling standards when managing electronic waste.

•Collaborate with fellow technicians, engineers, and team members to exchange knowledge and resolve complex challenges.

•Identify and propose enhancements to optimize the reconditioning workflow.
1.Device Assessment and Evaluation

•Conduct comprehensive visual assessments of electronic devices to detect physical flaws or issues.

•Perform operational tests to verify the functionality of hardware components using original equipment manufacturer (OEM) or third-party diagnostic tools.

•Document configuration specifics from devices.
2.Data Erasure and Security Compliance

•Implement secure data erasure protocols to eliminate all user information from storage devices using OEM or third-party applications as required.

•Ensure adherence to data protection regulations and company policies during the data erasure process.
3.Operating System Setup and Configuration

•Install and configure operating systems (OS) on refurbished devices.

•Adjust system settings and drivers to guarantee proper operation as requested.
4.Cooperation with OEM and Third-Party Repair Services

•Initiate and manage communication with OEMs to facilitate the return merchandise authorization (RMA) process.

•Provide necessary documentation to support warranty claims.

•Coordinate the shipment of defective devices, ensuring they are appropriately packaged and labeled for return.

•Arrange for onsite repair appointments with OEM or third-party vendors.

•Inspect and evaluate repaired devices to confirm they meet quality standards before being returned to inventory.

•Verify that all reported issues have been resolved satisfactorily.
5.Warehouse Management System Data Entry

•Conduct data entry in the Warehouse Management System (WMS) for testing outcomes, device configurations, data erasure, and other activities as required.
