About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Media Planning Specialist to join our dynamic team at Arla Foods UK. As a key member of our in-house media team, you will be responsible for developing innovative media plans and campaign solutions for our beloved household brands.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop media plans and campaign solutions for our FMCG dairy brands
  • Collaborate with Brand Managers to translate brand goals into impactful activations
  • Manage stakeholders and internal/external partners to bring plans to life
  • Stay up-to-date with the ever-evolving media landscape and recommend new channels and strategies

About You:

To be successful in this role, you will have a strong understanding of digital channels and the entire media spectrum. You will be a natural communicator with stakeholder management experience and a keen eye for detail. You will also be adept at presenting in an engaging and clear way.

Desirable Skills:

  • Agency or brand experience with FMCG clients
  • Broad media channel knowledge (TV, SVOD, OOH, digital audio, shopper marketing)
  • Understanding of MMM and econometrics
  • FMCG marketing experience
  • Omnichannel planning and delivery
  • Attention metric understanding
  • Brand lift and brand study experience and understanding
