About the Role

Kennedys is seeking an experienced Associate/Senior Associate to join our Professional Liability team in Birmingham. This is an exciting opportunity to work on high-profile cases and collaborate with a talented team of lawyers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist on large-scale Professional Indemnity cases, including policy disputes and insurance claims.
  • Work closely with the team to develop and implement effective case strategies.
  • Provide exceptional client service and build strong relationships with clients.
  • Contribute to the growth and development of the Professional Liability team.

Requirements

  • 5+ years' experience as a UK Qualified Solicitor or CILEX qualified lawyer.
  • Familiarity with Professional Indemnity policies and coverage issues, or experience in Commercial Litigation.
  • Experience of assisting on large cases in a team environment.
  • Previous client contact and attendance at business development events.
  • Experience of arbitration and negotiation.
