About the RoleThe Staff Nurse (RMN) will be responsible for ensuring the care, welfare, and safety of all residents are maintained at the highest possible standard. This includes completing physical and psychological assessments, creating individualized care plans, and updating care plans daily.
Responsibilities- Ensuring the care and welfare of residents are maintained at the highest standard

- Safely administering and recording medication
- Liaising with external suppliers and healthcare providers
- Monitoring and developing performance of care staff
- Using a person-centered approach to ensure every individual's needs are understood and met
