Basic Salary: up to GBP25,000+ (depending on experience)
On Target Earnings: GBP40,000+
A multi-branch, highly successful real estate agency is seeking a Sales Negotiator to join their Estate Agent team in Solihull. The ideal candidate will be happy to work to targets and ascertain and seek to understand clients' requirements in order to maximise each viewing and ensure any queries are professionally handled.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sourcing new business: Developing relationships with property owners and other relevant stakeholders
- Calling and meeting with property owners: Building rapport and understanding their needs
- Negotiating offers: Facilitating agreements between parties
- Administrative tasks: Ensuring records are up to date and accurate
- Responding to leads: Utilizing internal software to manage inquiries
- Conducting viewings: Accompanying prospective buyers to properties
Requirements:
- A team player with excellent customer service skills
- Previous experience in Estate Agency or New Homes Sales is essential
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Solid IT skills and experience with Estate Agency CRM systems
- Negotiation skills and a natural sales ability
- Well-spoken and well-presented
