Credit Control Specialist is a key position within CMC Consulting Limited, responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our clients' financial transactions. As a Credit Control Specialist, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of credit control, including the production of sales invoices, liaising with external stakeholders, and variance reconciliation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage Credit Control Operations: Oversee the entire credit control process, ensuring timely and accurate billing, and minimal debt exposure.
- Produce Sales Invoices: Generate and distribute sales invoices to clients in a timely and efficient manner.
- Liaise with External Stakeholders: Communicate effectively with clients, suppliers, and other external parties to resolve any issues or discrepancies.
- Variance Reconciliation: Conduct regular variance reconciliations, including bank reconciliations, to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to streamline operations and increase efficiency.
- Ad-hoc Analysis: Perform ad-hoc analysis to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Requirements:
