The Migration Portfolio is integral to our organizational objectives, and our team of change professionals thrives in a dynamic environment. You will be instrumental in advancing Phoenix's mission to innovate and enhance customer financial outcomes.
This role is ideal for individuals with a solid foundation in Business Analysis and a track record of leadership and development. You will oversee a team of Business Analysts tasked with a complex, multi-phase migration of customer policies and processes to our strategic outsourcing partner. Additionally, you will collaborate with the broader Migration Portfolio BA management team to refine operational methodologies and evolve our strategic migration delivery framework.

Key Responsibilities:

Essential Qualifications:
