Key Responsibilities
- Investigate and resolve complex customer complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborate with our technical team to provide solutions and support to customers
- Communicate effectively with customers and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless complaint resolution
- Manage and prioritize multiple complaints simultaneously, meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality results

Requirements
- Previous experience in customer service complaints handling, preferably in a similar industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines
- IT literacy and proficiency in using databases and other software systems
