Location: Flexible with minimal office presence

Compensation: Up to £115k + equity + additional perks

We are collaborating with an innovative 'HealthTech meets Tech for Good' start-up that is eager to expand its team with a Senior Software Engineer following a successful growth phase.

The company has merged specialized industry knowledge with advanced software solutions to establish the largest 'collaborative staff bank' to date, successfully filling over 170,000 shifts.

Key Qualifications for the Senior Software Engineer Role:

  • Proven experience in team leadership, including conducting one-on-ones, planning career trajectories, providing technical guidance, and performing code evaluations.
  • Experience in a product-driven start-up setting.
  • Over 7 years of professional experience in software development utilizing JVM languages.
  • Familiarity with Kotlin is not required, but a willingness to learn and work with it is essential.
  • Proficiency in frontend technologies, particularly React.
