We are excited to announce an opportunity for an Electrical Maintenance Supervisor to join our dynamic team.
At SeAH Wind, we are embarking on a transformative journey to establish the largest Monopile Factory globally.
Our Monopiles will serve as the essential foundation for our ambitious Net Zero goals.
This role offers a unique chance to engage in the early phases of our factory's development, as you will be part of the inaugural maintenance team.
Your initial responsibilities will include participating in the installation and commissioning of advanced machinery, which is being set up by our trusted manufacturers. This involvement will equip you with comprehensive knowledge of our equipment, enabling you to effectively share insights with your maintenance colleagues.
Among the machinery you will encounter are Overhead Cranes, CNC Machines, Welding Machines, and Roll Bending Machines.
As a supervisor, you will lead a team of Maintenance Technicians, adhering to a structured maintenance program to ensure optimal plant machine availability, targeting a minimum of 80% uptime.
To excel in this position, we seek a proactive individual with a background in large-scale manufacturing, preferably in steel or heavy industry. A minimum of NVQ level 3 (or equivalent) in an electrical or mechanical field is required, along with prior supervisory or team leadership experience.
Experience with hydraulic and electronic systems is essential, and familiarity with PLCs such as ABB, LS, and Simatic is highly desirable.
In return, we offer a competitive salary, 25 days of annual leave plus 8 public holidays, and a 5% employer pension contribution.
