McMullens is seeking an experienced General Manager to lead our Destination Inn concept at Hooks Cross, Hertfordshire.
About the Role
We are looking for a seasoned General Manager to run the Three Horseshoes, a well-established pub with a strong reputation for excellent food and service. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of growing sales in a volume food-led business, a strong people skillset, and a desire to build and lead an engaged team.
Key Responsibilities
- Understand guest needs and respond to market demand
- Execute the offer flawlessly
- Create sales-driving activities
- Recruit, coach, and guide the team to achieve excellence
- Engage the team through regular meetings, incentives, and social activities
- Identify talent and develop individuals to reach their potential
- Manage the business to deliver profit growth
- Plan sales and cost lines
- Ensure licensing, food, and health & safety compliance
