About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Finance Officer to join our team at Computeam. As a key member of our finance department, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our financial processes and providing exceptional customer service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Management: Manage and reconcile accounts, ensure timely payment of invoices, and maintain accurate financial records.
  • Client Services: Provide excellent customer service to clients, respond to queries, and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Financial Analysis: Analyze financial data, identify trends, and provide insights to inform business decisions.
  • Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements
  • Education: Minimum of GCSEs in Maths and English, preferably with a degree in a related field.
  • Skills: Excellent Microsoft Excel skills, experience with the Microsoft package, and strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience: Proven experience in a finance or accounting role, with a strong track record of providing excellent customer service.
  • Personal Qualities: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team, and a positive and enthusiastic attitude.
What We Offer
  • Competitive Salary: £25,000 - £28,000 per annum.
