Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and caring individual to join our team as a Care Assistant. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our clients to live safe and supported lives in their own homes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support clients with personal care, including bathing, dressing, and managing incontinence.
  • Assist with practical tasks such as shopping, mealtimes, and housework.
  • Follow individual care plans and work collaboratively with our team to ensure the best possible outcomes for our clients.
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to our clients, helping to reduce feelings of loneliness and isolation.

Requirements

  • No prior experience in social care is necessary, as we provide comprehensive training and support.
  • You will need to be compassionate, caring, and able to work independently as part of a close-knit team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as you will be working with clients, families, and other healthcare professionals.
