Main Responsibilities

As a key member of our team, you will provide critical support on projects across the business, driving the design and optioneering exercises to develop initial client concepts or requirements into workable solutions.

Key Accountabilities
  • Liaise with internal and external clients to identify their exact requirements and deliver tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage detailed design tasks, ensuring client stage gate and approval specifications are met.
  • Lead the production of design deliverables for specified projects, providing technical guidance and expertise as required.
  • Review and approve design packages produced by other designers, ensuring high-quality outputs.
  • Present designs at internal review meetings and external client review meetings, such as HAZOP's and Technical Authority reviews.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will have a solid background in electrical engineering, with strong technical expertise and experience in leading a team. You should be able to manage and mentor other members of the team, with excellent communication skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and other stakeholders.
