Role Overview:
The successful candidate will be responsible for the upkeep and servicing of various air conditioning systems, ensuring they operate at peak efficiency and meet client expectations.

Compensation Package:
  • Attractive salary range of £40,000 - £42,000 per annum, commensurate with experience.

  • Standard working hours are Monday to Friday, totaling 40 hours per week.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform maintenance, servicing, and troubleshooting on a range of air conditioning systems, including split systems, VRV/VRF systems, and chillers.
  • Execute routine maintenance tasks such as cleaning coils and replacing filters to extend the lifespan of HVAC equipment.
  • Identify and rectify mechanical and electrical faults in air conditioning units to minimize downtime and maximize operational efficiency.
  • Conduct thorough inspections and evaluations of HVAC systems to detect potential issues and propose effective solutions.
  • Work collaboratively with other maintenance staff and contractors to manage complex repairs and system enhancements.
  • Follow safety guidelines and industry standards to ensure a secure working environment.

Qualifications:
  • Demonstrated experience as an HVAC Systems Specialist or in a similar capacity within the facilities management sector.
  • Possession of F-Gas Cat 1 Regulations certification.
  • Valid UK driving license.
  • In-depth knowledge of HVAC systems, including installation, maintenance, and repair methodologies.
  • Understanding of refrigeration principles and related equipment.
  • Expertise in diagnosing and resolving mechanical and electrical issues.
  • Strong analytical skills and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
