RF Engineer Job Description

We are seeking an experienced RF Engineer to join our team at Advanced Resource Managers Ltd. As an RF Engineer, you will play a crucial role in the development and delivery of high-performance RF hardware for our self-protection systems installed on fast jet, UAV, land, and naval platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with experts in the field to test, diagnose faults, propose, and implement corrective design changes, qualification, verification, and product life cycle support.
  • Support Integrated Product Teams (IPTs) for various products, ensuring seamless communication and coordination.
  • Develop and maintain documents and procedures for RF hardware, as well as provide guidance and support for products throughout their lifecycle.
Requirements:
  • Detailed knowledge of test and integration over a wide range of RF/Microwave Electronic products.
  • Experience in testing RF and Microwave Designs with integrated Digital and High-Speed driver controls.
  • Ability to propose and implement design changes to RF/Microwave products and/or test methods.
  • Proficiency in using RF modeling tools, such as ADS and Microwave Office, to investigate unexpected test results.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience in providing guidance and coaching to other team members to promote best practices and knowledge sharing.
  • Ability to support IPTs in identifying, mitigating, or resolving technical issues within projects.
  • Relevant qualifications, such as a HNC/HND or Undergraduate Degree in Electronic Engineering, Physics, or Applied Physics, or equivalent experience.
