About the Role

As an Invoicing Specialist, you will play a crucial role in our Finance Operations team in Manchester. Your primary focus will be on billing, but you will also have exposure to various finance functions and processes, allowing you to develop your skills and take your finance career forward with a growing global company.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with our legal teams within Commercial Services to prepare and send bills to clients.
  • Review and process high volumes of invoices efficiently and accurately within set time frames, ensuring all deadlines are met.
  • Generate diverse invoice types promptly, including standard bills, e-bills, composite bills, and multi-payor bills.
  • Identify and resolve workflow bottlenecks to ensure smooth billing processes for all of our clients and partners.
  • Prepare detailed financial reports on a regular basis.
  • Continuously seek process improvement opportunities, with a focus on leveraging technology for automation.
  • Adapt duties as priorities evolve within the team.

  • Effective communication skills, with the ability to tailor messages to different stakeholders, both internally and externally.
  • Analytical mindset with a knack for problem-solving and a great eye for detail.
  • Strong invoicing and billing background with a commitment to ongoing learning.
