Real Estate Finance Solicitor / Associate - Plymouth

G2 Legal is seeking a skilled solicitor or chartered legal executive to join our team as a real estate finance solicitor. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a strong national Legal 100 firm that is committed to innovation and service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage real estate finance transactions on behalf of banking clients, providing technical expertise and guidance.
  • Offer technical supervision to junior members of the team, ensuring they have the necessary support and resources to succeed.
  • Contribute to building services and identify opportunities for new workstreams, driving business growth and development.
  • Liaise with project managers and legal technologists to onboard services and enhance them as they scale, ensuring seamless integration and delivery.
  • Advocate for innovation and service delivery, staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.

Requirements

  • Qualified solicitor or chartered legal executive (FCILEx) with at least 1 year PQE.
  • Experience within real estate, banking, or real estate finance, with a strong understanding of secured lending.
  • Ideal candidate will have experience managing or supervising at least one person within a legal setting, with a proven track record of success.
