We are in search of a highly skilled CNC Milling Technician to become a vital part of our innovative team.

The ideal candidate will take charge of setting up and operating our CNC milling machines, specifically the Leadwell and Dugard Eagle models, both featuring Fanuc controls.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Set up and operate CNC milling machines (Leadwell and Dugard Eagle) utilizing Fanuc controls.
  • Make minor adjustments to program offsets and perform tool changes as required.
  • Manufacture small to medium-sized batches from a diverse range of materials.
  • Interpret engineering drawings to ensure precise machining outcomes.
  • Employ appropriate measuring tools to confirm dimensions and uphold quality standards.
  • Ensure that the milling operations align with production timelines and quality specifications.
  • Carry out routine maintenance and troubleshooting of machinery as needed.
Qualifications:

Demonstrated experience as a CNC Milling Technician, ideally with Fanuc controls.
