About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Contract Lawyer to join our team at Addleshaw Goddard. As a key member of our Commercial and Regulatory team, you will play a vital role in managing a busy workload and supporting the growth of our firm.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide legal advice to various areas of the firm on commercial and regulatory matters.
  • Contribute to the development of compliance strategies and processes, ensuring robust yet practical frameworks.
  • Assist in handling regulatory obligations and reporting to relevant authorities.
  • Support risk management activities, including assessing controls and implementing policies.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver high-quality legal support and build strong relationships.

Requirements

  • Strong understanding of the regulatory regime applicable to law firms in the UK.
  • Excellent influencing and persuasive skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
