Job Description

Job Title: Commercial Real Estate Partner

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Real Estate Partner to join our team. As a key member of our Real Estate department, you will be responsible for advising clients on a wide range of commercial property transactions, including acquisitions, disposals, and development projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert legal advice to clients on commercial property matters
  • Manage and supervise a team of junior solicitors
  • Develop and implement business development strategies to grow the Real Estate department
  • Work closely with the Head of Department to identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Contribute to the development of the firm's Real Estate practice

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years' experience as a Commercial Real Estate Partner or Senior Associate
  • Proven track record of success in managing high-value, complex caseloads
  • Strong technical ability and commercial acumen
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
