We are seeking a skilled and reliable Part Time Gardener to join our team at Solutions 2 Recruitment. As a Part Time Gardener, you will be responsible for maintaining the gardens of our clients, ensuring they are well-manicured and visually appealing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Mowing, strimming, weeding, pruning, and planting to maintain the gardens to a high standard
  • Being involved in completing garden makeovers and designs, including clearance and preparation of garden areas
  • Working closely with our clients to understand their gardening needs and preferences
  • Providing excellent customer service and ensuring a high level of satisfaction
  • Working independently and as part of a small team to achieve gardening objectives

Requirements:

  • Previous gardening experience is essential
  • Ability to work 3 days per week, with flexibility to accommodate client needs
  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
  • Physical ability to perform manual gardening tasks
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills

Working Conditions:

The role is based in a rural area, and being a car owner/driver is essential. All necessary Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) will be provided.

Compensation:

The hourly rate for this position is £13.00, depending on experience.
