About the Role

We are seeking a qualified Counsellor to join our team in a women's-only residential service. The successful candidate will work with individuals who have experienced multiple disadvantage and those who have experienced past trauma.

The Counsellor will provide safe and supportive therapeutic environments, utilising evidence-based practice and theory to support individuals in their recovery journey.

The role involves working as part of a multi-disciplinary team, providing individual and group work, and contributing to the development of care plans.

The ideal candidate will have experience working in the substance misuse field, with a strong understanding of trauma-informed practice and a commitment to creating a safe and supportive environment.
