Front Of House Supervisor/Shift Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Front Of House Supervisor/Shift Leader to join our team at Little Black Dog Recruitment Limited. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading and managing our front-of-house operations, ensuring exceptional customer service and a positive team environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Team Leadership: Create a positive and productive team environment, setting clear objectives and delegating tasks effectively.
  • Customer Service: Ensure excellent customer service at all times, responding to customer queries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Operations Management: Oversee day-to-day operations, including training and development of team members.
  • Communication: Develop and maintain effective communication with team members, customers, and other stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • Leadership Skills: Proven leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and team members.
