Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver care and support to a high standard, ensuring the well-being and dignity of our residents.

  • Manage the home in the absence of the Home Manager, ensuring continuity of care and support.
  • Develop and implement care plans that meet the individual needs of our residents, promoting independence and choice.
  • Lead and manage a team of care staff, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality care is delivered.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a care management role, preferably in an elderly care setting.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with residents, families, and colleagues.
  • Ability to work autonomously, with a high degree of initiative and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of CQC standards and regulations, with the ability to ensure compliance.
