Demand Planning Specialist

**About the Role**
- As a Demand Planner, you will be responsible for tracking and reporting forecast changes, risks, and opportunities, as well as bridging actions to ensure alignment with the agreed business plan.
- You will support the Demand Planning Manager as the S&OP champion, assisting with S&OP implementation activities and driving engagement in the process.
- Additionally, you will report on and manage inventory levels, highlighting risks and actions to ensure optimal stock levels.
- You will develop and own the regional demand plan for specific product categories, providing high-value insights into consumers, customers, markets, product assortment, and the financial health of the business.
- **Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and maintain accurate sales forecasts and inventory plans to ensure the consistent, cost-effective supply of products to customers.
- Work closely with the Commercial team to ensure that stock levels align with business sales and budget.
- Monitor the sales performance of new products and develop a history that can be used as a guide in future launches.
- Provide input to the forecasts for new products and engage in continuous improvement of the demand planning and S&OP processes.
**What You'll Need**
- Proven experience in demand planning, supply chain management, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
