We're on the hunt for a passionate and experienced Personal Trainer to join our team at Village Hotel Club in Cardiff. As a key member of our Leisure Club team, you'll be responsible for delivering top-notch fitness classes, coaching our members to achieve their goals, and ensuring our club is always spotless and welcoming.

About the Role:

  • Deliver high-energy fitness classes that keep our members engaged and motivated
  • Coach our members to achieve their fitness goals, providing personalized support and guidance
  • Monitor and maintain the cleanliness and organization of our pool area and gym
  • Work closely with our Leisure Club Operations Manager and Team Leaders to create a seamless member experience
  • Develop and implement new fitness programs and initiatives to keep our members engaged

What We're Looking For:

  • A passion for fitness and a proven track record of delivering high-quality fitness classes
  • Experience working in a similar environment, with a strong understanding of fitness coaching and customer service
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with our members
  • A solutions-focused approach, with a keen eye for spotting issues before they arise
  • A commitment to maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and organization
