Community Physiotherapist Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Physiotherapist to join our team in East Somerset. As a Community Rehab Physiotherapist, you will work independently on your caseload, providing expert care to patients in the community.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, with a focus on rehabilitation and community-based care. You will have the autonomy to tailor your caseload to your areas of specialization, including falls, MSK, rehab, and Neuro.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work independently on your caseload, providing expert Physiotherapy care to patients in the community.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and support.
  • Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify patient needs and goals.
  • Provide education and support to patients and their families to promote independence and self-management.
