About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Safety, Health and Environment (SHE) Manager to join our central SHE team. As a key member of our team, you will provide support and guidance to our South region, ensuring compliance with statutory and company requirements.

The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring, advising, and enforcing standards of health, safety, and environment across our project sites. You will also be expected to identify and implement new and innovative ways of working to improve Health, Safety, and Environment performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure compliance with Group H,S&E policies and procedures
  • Provide leadership and support to staff and supply chain on health, safety, and environmental matters
  • Respond to accidents and incidents in a timely manner, ensuring internal and statutory notifications are completed
  • Promote and encourage excellent standards and continuous improvement of health, safety, and environmental management
Requirements

We are looking for a candidate with a Level 3 Qualification (NEBOSH / Construction certificate) and a CSCS Card. You should also have experience in maintaining good standards of HS&E on construction and housing projects, as well as working on a wide range of construction methods and trades.
