We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to provide essential support to our Chief Executive Officer at Bristan Group Ltd.
Key Responsibilities- Diary Management: Coordinate the CEO's schedule for efficient time management, organize meetings, appointments, and off-site events, and prepare daily schedules and briefings.
- Email Management: Prioritize and handle all incoming emails for the CEO, draft, proofread, and edit email communications, and ensure timely responses and follow-up on outstanding items.
- Travel Arrangements: Organize domestic and international travel, including flights and accommodation, and prepare travel briefs and manage travel-related issues.
- Liaison with Parent Company: Act as the primary contact between the CEO and the parent company, coordinate communications and meetings, and ensure alignment on corporate strategies.
