Job Summary

Pertemps Bridgwater is seeking an experienced Parts Manager to lead our parts department and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Inventory Management: Oversee the efficient stock control and sales processes to ensure optimal inventory levels.
  • Team Leadership: Lead a team of staff, providing training and guidance to achieve departmental goals.
  • Sales and Customer Service: Take sales orders from customers, both face-to-face and over the phone, and raise invoices.
  • Stock Re-Order Process: Monitor stock levels and manage the re-order process to maintain optimal inventory levels.
  • Business Development: Contribute to sales forecasting and budgeting to drive business growth.
Requirements
  • Technical Knowledge: Good technical awareness or understanding of cars and parts.
  • Experience: Previous parts-related experience and prior experience in a managerial role.
  • IT Literacy: IT literate, able to use specialist computer-based systems.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent customer service skills and strong communication skills at all levels.
Benefits
  • Competitive Salary: Competitive salary of £30,000 per annum.
  • Working Hours: Monday to Friday working hours, with a 1-hour break daily.
  • Alternate Saturdays: Alternate Saturday mornings.
