About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Client Advisor to join our team at a leading luxury menswear fashion house in Knightsbridge.

As a Senior Client Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and building strong relationships with clients to drive sales and meet sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Advise clients on menswear and accessories, demonstrating superior knowledge and styling skills.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships through active client development and follow-through.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets, driving revenue growth and contributing to the success of the business.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in clienteling and sales, with a strong track record of meeting sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients.
  • Strong knowledge of menswear and accessories, with the ability to advise clients on the latest trends and styles.
