They are currently seeking to hire an Automotive Customer Service Specialist for their luxury car dealership in Basingstoke.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience by fostering warm and inviting interactions.
- Act as a knowledgeable and supportive liaison for customers needing vehicle servicing or repairs.
- Effectively manage communication between the workshop, the business, and customers to ensure a seamless experience that aligns with brand standards.
Essential Duties:
- Provide outstanding customer service and take ownership of the customer journey.
- Maintain a close relationship with the workshop to ensure high-quality communication.
- Contribute to achieving productivity and customer satisfaction goals by meeting individual KPIs.
- Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly to enhance loyalty and retention.
- Clearly establish and agree on the scope of work with customers.
- Accurately manage the service department's workload in accordance with workshop capacity.
- Oversee the handover process and explain the work performed on vehicles, ensuring customer understanding and authorization.
- Adhere to manufacturer service requirements and maintain high safety standards.
- Take on additional responsibilities as required by the business.
Requirements:
Essential Skills:
- Full UK driving license.

- Previous experience as a Service Advisor in the automotive sector.
