Requirements:

  • Proven Experience: Proven management experience in hospitality or a similar field, with a strong track record of success.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to manage diverse teams and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
  • Marketing Skills: Exceptional skills in crafting marketing text with eloquent and grammatically accurate English, with the ability to promote our brand and services.
  • Practical Skills: Hands-on approach to practical tasks and DIY property fixes, with the ability to maintain high standards of quality and safety.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Hospitality, or a related field is preferred.
  • Availability: Five shifts per week, with at least one day required during weekends, and availability during school holidays.
  • Driver's License: Valid driver's license, as travel between sites is necessary.
