About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Parcel Delivery Driver to join our team at Royal Mail. As a key member of our delivery team, you will be responsible for delivering parcels to customers across the region, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of our services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver parcels to customers in a safe and timely manner
  • Use route-planning technology tools to optimize delivery routes and ensure efficient use of time
  • Provide excellent customer service and interact with customers in a professional and courteous manner
  • Work independently and as part of a team to achieve delivery targets
  • Prep your van and workload for the day, ensuring you are ready to hit the road and deliver

About You

We are looking for a motivated and organized individual who is comfortable working independently and as part of a team. You will be required to have a full UK manual driving licence with no more than 6 penalty points and be comfortable interacting with customers in a professional and courteous manner.
