About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Nursery Practitioner to join our team at Childbase Partnership. As a Learning Support Specialist, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care and education to children with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND).

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Work directly with children with SEND to support their individual learning and development, in line with their care plans.
  • Support the Key Person in their responsibilities, enabling them to focus on one-to-one work with specific children.

**Requirements:**

  • Naturally nurturing, caring, and compassionate towards others.
  • Experience in caring for children under five with SEND, preferably in a nursery environment.
  • Ability to be a positive role model, effectively meeting individual children's developmental and care needs.
  • Enjoy contributing to a busy, team environment.

  • Competitive hourly pay rate of £12.96-£13.60 for early years qualified to level 6 or above, and £12.00-£13.60 for qualified to level 3, 4, or 5.
