About the Role
As an Education and Training Lead, you will be responsible for promoting and delivering the BigDeal Programme in your allocated region, engaging key stakeholders, and collaborating with colleagues to ensure the programme's success.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in your region.
- Act as a frontline ambassador for GamCare, upholding their values and championing their work.
- Deliver interactive and engaging sessions to young people, professionals, and parents/carers.
- Ensure the relevant monitoring and evaluation forms are provided.
- Build and maintain effective working relationships with colleagues, partner networks, and across GamCare.
- Share best practice and build a positive team environment.
About You
We are looking for a skilled individual who can engage young people, facilitate training, and build strong relationships with stakeholders. You will be responsible for promoting and delivering the BigDeal Programme in your allocated region, equating to 1,900 young people and 225 adults.
Requirements
- Demonstrable experience of championing, promoting, and marketing the work of a programme or service.
- Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders and identify future opportunities for programme delivery.
- Passion for preventing harm experienced by children and young people.
- Comfortable working in a collaborative team environment and autonomously.
