Teaching Assistant - Education Support

As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in creating an inclusive and positive learning environment for students. Working closely with teachers and other professionals, you will provide valuable support to students who may require additional assistance. Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist teachers in planning and delivering engaging lessons that cater to diverse learning needs.
  • Provide individualized support to students or small groups, promoting their academic and personal growth.
  • Foster positive relationships with students, promoting their well-being and engagement in the learning process.
  • Support the implementation of behavior management strategies that promote a safe and respectful learning environment.
  • Collaborate with teachers and other school staff to enhance the overall learning environment and student outcomes.
Requirements and Qualifications:
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with students, teachers, and other school staff.
  • Patience, adaptability, and a genuine passion for supporting student success and well-being.
  • Initiative and a willingness to collaborate with the teaching team to achieve shared goals.
