This position focuses on providing personalized residential and dementia care, ensuring that our residents enjoy a fulfilling and dignified lifestyle.

**Candidates must possess an NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care to be eligible for this role.**

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and motivate a team of care assistants to deliver the highest standards of care, empowering residents to thrive in their later years.
  • Assist residents with personal care needs while encouraging participation in a variety of activities that promote health and well-being.
  • Administer medications and maintain precise and thorough documentation.

Preferred Skills and Experience:

  • A genuine passion for caring for the elderly.
  • Prior experience in a care setting.
  • Proven ability to lead, coach, and inspire a team to achieve high-quality care outcomes.
  • A compassionate and warm demeanor, with the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and independently.
  • Strong communication, patience, and listening skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills, including record-keeping, time management, and task prioritization.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Competitive hourly wage of £14.07, equating to an annual salary of £24,144.12.
  • Part-time position offering 33 hours per week with night shift responsibilities.
