Job Title: Property Analyst/Administrator

Working Pattern: Monday to Friday

Location: Inverness

Starting Salary: approx £26,000

Purpose:

To provide effective support to the Asset Services team by carrying out various duties efficiently and with minimal supervision. This will involve providing support to the Asset Services team with various asset systems, both in-house and externally.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Asset Services team in managing and maintaining asset systems.
  • Provide administrative support to the team, including data entry and record-keeping.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve team goals and objectives.
  • Develop and maintain accurate and up-to-date records and reports.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
