Host Opportunity at Raffles London at The OWO

At Raffles London at The OWO, we are seeking a skilled and friendly Host to join our team. As a Host, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences, ensuring that every interaction is warm, welcoming, and memorable.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage guest queries in a timely and efficient manner, providing accurate and helpful information.
  • Ensure knowledge of menu offerings and systems, making recommendations to guests as needed.
  • Follow correct reporting procedures to address any issues that may arise.
  • Maintain a high level of grooming and personal hygiene, adhering to our uniform dress code and standards.
  • Assist callers courteously and promptly, taking messages and passing them on to the appropriate person.
  • Accompany guests to their tables and ensure their welfare throughout their stay.
  • Provide orientation to guests, answering questions about the brand, concept, food, and artists featured in the restaurant.
  • Comply with restaurant security, fire regulations, and health and safety legislation.
  • Commit to sustainable practices, reducing waste and promoting environmentally friendly purchasing.
Requirements:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
  • Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in the hotel, leisure, or retail sector.
  • Good grooming standards and a commitment to maintaining a high level of personal hygiene.
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Previous relevant experience as a Host or in a similar role.
