Key Responsibilities:Our Client Support Training Specialists play a crucial role in the effectiveness of our services.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Coordinating the delivery and collection of equipment with clients.
- Handling inbound inquiries from clients and healthcare professionals.
- Collaborating with Community Equipment Technicians to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Providing exceptional customer service and resolving issues promptly and efficiently.
This position requires proficient computer skills and prior experience in customer service environments.
Compensation: £48 per hour.
