Job Title: Software Development Lead

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead by example in crafting high-quality software solutions and act as a technical mentor within the team.
  • Develop robust solutions and provide oversight during the implementation phase.
  • Contribute actively to the development and delivery of software features and bug fixes.
  • Participate in code reviews to learn best practices and coding standards.
  • Stay up to date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices in software engineering.
Requirements:
  • Excellent software development expertise with a focus on writing high-performance, scalable, and secure code.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of modern software architectures, design patterns, and best practices.
  • Deep understanding of the full software development and deployment lifecycle, including CI/CD practices.
  • Familiarity with programming languages commonly used in the industry (JavaScript & Python).
  • Good problem-solving, analytical, and logical skills to troubleshoot and solve complex software problems.
